1. Shipping Methods and Delivery Timeframes

We offer a variety of shipping methods to meet your needs. Shipping times vary depending on the destination, the shipping method selected, and the availability of the products ordered.

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days from the date of shipment. This is our most affordable option and applies to most domestic orders.
  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days from the date of shipment. This option is faster but may incur higher shipping fees.
  • Next-Day Shipping: Available for urgent orders. Delivery within 1 business day from the date of shipment, based on availability. This service is only available in select regions and may require additional fees.

Please note: Shipping times are estimates, and delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, carrier delays, or customs issues.


2. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees depend on the size, weight, and destination of your order. The total shipping cost will be calculated during the checkout process before you finalize your purchase. We strive to offer competitive and affordable shipping rates.

Free Shipping:

  • Free Standard Shipping is available on orders over $50 (before taxes and shipping) for U.S. domestic deliveries.
  • Some promotional offers may also include free shipping. Please check the terms and conditions of any promotional offers.

3. Order Processing

Once your order is placed, it will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days, subject to product availability. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress through the carrier’s tracking system.


4. Delivery Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete before completing your order. We are not responsible for delays or issues arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

5. International Shipping

Currently, we only offer shipping within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time. However, we are working on expanding our services to other regions in the future.

Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers once the package has been shipped.

8. P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time. Please provide a valid physical address for delivery.
